Metatron, who rushes around the battlefield tending to the wounded, is once again full of energy, encouraging patients and bandaging their wounds. However, despite her efforts, there are still patients she cannot save. Confronted with such tragic scenes of life and death, she goes from sorrow to gradually becoming expressionless, ultimately developing a dark desire to see the enemy crushed to pieces. This leads her to transform into a dark nurse, taking pleasure in injecting poison into captured foes.
